Is the stream secure?
Yes. The picture is an encrypted video stream. Access is controlled: only approved users and devices can reach the machine. We keep to evergreen security standards — current encryption, current access control, current patching.
What internet does the editor need?
A stable line. Home or office. Not café wifi. If the picture stutters, it’s the line, not the machine.
What does the editor sit in front of?
A normal screen, a keyboard and a trackpad, and a decent connection. Laptop, tablet or phone. The heavy machine is ours.
Do the machines share media?
Yes. Network storage on every Node. Same media, every editor on the show.
Can more than one editor cut?
Yes. Shared projects in Avid, Premiere and Resolve. More than one editor on the same show, same media.
What is a Node?
A remote post production suite. Avid, Premiere, or Resolve is already on the machine. Your editor logs in and cuts.
What is Labs?
Managed remote post production teams. Dailies and assist on the show.
How fast can we start?
Same day once we have the week and the NLE. We set the suite up. They log in.
